But san francisco also was having this problem with disorder that was an order of magnitude different from almost any other major city in the us. And a lot of people forget that in the high crime of the late 19 eighties and early 19 nineties, democrats worked with the congressional black caucus to get tough on crime. There's some reality intruding here.
