How to Avoid a Commission Free Financial Planner
A fee only financial planner who is a fiduciary legally obligated fiduciary. Nobody from a commission free firm is coming to see you and bringing you cookies or whatever. You don't want that free steak. While we're at it, don't go to one of those ultra expensive steak houses. Go to a mid-market steak house. The steak will be just about as good and you'll spend a third as much money if you eat steak.
