The Colorado Civil Rights Commission Did Not Give Due Consideration to Jack Phillips' Position
The Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruled that the cake shop did violate the Anti-Discrimination Act. The Supreme Court then was deciding whether the commission's order, requiring Jack Phillips to bake that cake violated the Constitution. Justice Anthony Kennedy delivered the opinion of the court in this case.
