Negotiation means that you know when to ease off the gas pedal a bit so that your body doesn't just violently over react. And then you also know how to press on the gas petal when you know that there's more room to grow and you can push yourself a little bit more. So it's kind of knowing when to push yourself in when not to, and being smart about it. Another thing i recommend is have a meditation habit in place. Why is it so powerful? Because meditation gets you more awareness of all the emotional bulshit that's going on in your brain.
