Professor Dean: Claudia Jones was not being tongue-in-cheek when she called out the United States for being Hitler right. Dr. CBS: There is a deaf, there are definite shifts in terms of what are the things that are being talked about within these pieces. And I'm thinking particularly of some of the Claudia Jones pieces where she does criticize some of the shifting priorities within CPUSA. So I'm wondering if you can talk a little bit either or both of you on how the shifting priorities and shifting focuses take place across these different time segments.
