Is the Belarusian Military Able to Execute a Real Offense?

There are real questions about the ability of the Belarusian military to actually execute offensive operations, right? By themselves, separately from Russians, even after mobilization, they would be not able to do any offensive actions. And frankly speaking, they don't have like a battle experience. Over the last 30 years, Belarusian armed forces did not participate even in a peacekeeping operation. They have no clue what does it mean, smell of gunpowder in a real smell one. It's too bloody late now because of Ukrainian forces already prepared that zone for the battle. and they are ready for that.
