Is This a Prophetic Word?

There's not a prophetic word you guys correct me if I'm wrong. In all of the scripture that is given nationally over a year or over a nation that starts off with if this just bears witness with you, then it's from God and it's for you. And if it's not, it's not because instinctively, there are people who are broke and poor and impoverished who hear a word about money that they go, oh, that's exciting. You make a big financial investment and big financial risk and then you lose all of your money because you think it's a word from the Lord. This is not good.
