Is There a Book on Planet Earth That Will Help You Trade?

When i grew up propetrating was you were sgood at what you did, the company gave you money. There's no book on planet earth that's going to help you doin that help you with risk. If you want it enough, your want and your desire for that particular role will be greater than the fear of not wanting to make the call. So again, i'm skewed and unbiased, because i don't see,  the prop trading jobs today are just advanced.
