The two main things you do is meet good companies and make decisions on those kind of companies. I refuse to believe that anyone is a good VC within their first one or two years or like the best in the world, right? There's a lot of luck involved, but just like a lot of it is doing the reps. And for me personally, not coming from an analytical background, it's really clearly articulating things in my writing.
