The Importance of Transparency in a Studio
Pomelo started as a company of one. Has that increased at all over three years? We're probably three total planks with myself, right? That are like relying on the mellow for our income. And then I've got other studios that we've worked with. Sometimes you need 10. You bring on another studio or some of our experience. transparency is key in that too. It's like we're mentioning this with a relationship. Clients often know that we're working with other people with a lot of experience but we've often had to manage them. They lead it and then we kind of all get better together.
