Basketball's James Harden surpassed a billion dollars in career earnings this year. Why not introduce a salary cap for ceos? Get the stanley cup trophy for Ceos that if you get over a billion dollars, you get your name scribbled on the trophy. Use that money to pay teachers so that they're not miserable and they're being compensated. And then give the ceo as a championship ring.
