How to Use the Wealth Reality Ratio to Determine Financial Satisfaction
If you have a wealth reality ratio between 1 to 3, you are extremely satisfied financially. Between 6 and 10 means you are slightly dissatisfied with your finances. With a Wealth Reality Ratio over 20, it means you are highly dissatisfied or delusional. As an investor, you might identify a city such as Honolulu and say, I require a low wealth reality ratio to be happy but want to maximize the returns on my capital.
