The Importance of Self-Care

Is there any easy way to differentiate between self care and self centeredness? Because I mean, we should be spending some time on ourselves, correct? Yeah, I wouldn't disagree with that. Everybody thinks that they love money. We just all want more of it, which is probably a less difficult things for us to admit or to say.
