The Role of Team in Churches
A team of people who are equal and able to speak to each other, one of whom takes the lead within that context. It's an atmosphere in the church where people can ask genuine questions without being regarded as rebels. The relationship with the apostolic ministry mustn't just be with the team leader. I see places where I've seen it work well. You know, there's a major problem within the leadership in the local church when those coming in to deal with it from an apostolic team meet not just all the other elders, but alsoMeet other influential people within the church like trustees or so on.
