Antidote: I wake up, i usually don't know what i'm write about. So a first thing i do is i take a shower. And then i basically structure my day around talking to interesting people. We record aa morning show, kind of a daily show on youtube called lunch money. Can take anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes. Im kind of get it all structured into the right format and send that out. It's like you kind of learn the cadencean and you kind of speed up and slow down based on that. Then i'm really bad at texting. But can i just get through the ones i got to day, right? You know, right now
