How to Coach Acceleration in Team Sports

When you're coaching deceleration in this capacity, like we've discussed, is this always done in a 180 turn? And would you always do this from a like a max speed perspective? Because as we're going to discuss later, often in team sports, when you're making that change direction, you're not particularly going at. It may be a quick change direct to deceleration, then change direction. So I'm just wondering how you kind of incorporate what the demands of the sport and the position are with the coaching of it?
