Timothy Stanley: I would say one of my superpowers is I've spent the last 30 years of my life honing my intuition. And so what does that mean? Think of your logical brain, right? It does deductive thinking. But logic is not and never can get you to creative insights. Never can. For me, being on a podcast like this gets me in touch with my creative mind because I talked fast enough that my logical brain can't keep up. He says leaders have to learn to trust their intuition.
