Data Mesh Implementation - What Are the Goals?
It was quite natural evolution at in some of your recent work, along with the rise of data mesh as a concept and a particular pattern that folks are trying to ot. Currently we are driving five datamas implementation around the world, all of them in a larger enterprise. The goals that lead to a datama implementation? I think that the first goal is to improve the time to market for the creation o new data initiatives. And the willingness to find a better trade off between government's needs and the autonomy of business in creating new insigts starting from the deta of the company. This typically is what lead to adat implementation. Data mes be not the best fit for the case.
