The Benefits of Fruit
Fruit is freaking healthy and they said it decreases your total calorie intake which makes a lot of sense. They provide prolong satiety compared to the equivalent amount of sugar in another like processed food. The only thing they did say was that there were less benefits and more glucose spikes from dried and canned fruit.
