"i've struggled because i'm more of what i think of as a seasonal worker. So something like i work for nine months and then i take three months off, that likely would work better for me," he says. "If companies can gear around this idea of seasonal work, and they really are like, yes, you can take off three months of a year, and we embrace that, that is such a competitive advantage."
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
