The constitution is outdated. It's a deal that was made to convince some slaveholding states to agree to allow these other territories into the united states union back in the 18 sixties, fifties. Half the people in the united states don't n vote, because nobody's representing their interests. Burney sanders won the primary in iowa and what happened?
