Commas Are Not Strong Enough to Join Sentences Together

A run-on sentence is two or more clauses that are joined incorrectly in one sentence. So I've got an example here and I want you to vote yes or no if the comma has been used correctly. And just for listeners as well, we're doing this in a way that I'm at. Usually obviously there's a whole slideshow that goes with this. But because you're all listening without a slideshow in front of you, we've decided to get Nathaniel to try to teach me off the slides so that my experience is the same as you were the listeners.
