How to Stop Anxiety or Reduce It Significantly
Anxiety is basically torturing yourself with all these what-ifs. The simplest way I know of to get off that train is to stay in the present moment. When you become aware that you're catastrophizing and thinking about something scary, you can return to reality where nothing bad is actually happening.
