Is Awush in Modern Light Anti Tank Weapons?

Modern light anti tank weapons don't seem to be having a decisive effect. Are there actually effective and rushis just being cautious with its air armor? Or are men portable anti tank weapons overrated? First iam on record, most western technology an two books on that.
