The Fed Can't Relax on the Inflation Front
I think this problem is more systemic. We sort of putting it on a few banks, right? These are the guys who splurged. They didn't do the right thing. I think we're not over yet. How bad it gets, we will have to see. Are credit crunches inherently disinflationary? They are. The Fed doesn't know how much.
