The NTSB Preliminary Report on the Yeti Airlines ATR Crash

Preliminary report on crash of Yeti Airlines ATR that crashed last month released this week. NTSB preliminary report did mention that ASDE-X, which is basically the ground aircraft monitoring system was functional. That did notify ATC that a runway incursion was not imminent, but occurring. So hey, that's one more piece of technology that is changing dramatically for the better in that case.
