The Balance Between Technology and Humanity

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are already starting to creep into this, what I call the exception triage space. The good news is we're going to get really smart people out of the business of having to do that stuff because machines are going to do it for us. But what it also means is we need these really smart people moving into more strategic, experimental, forward looking kinds of roles.
