The Pros and Cons of a Democracy

CNN's John Sutter talks with former President George W. Bush about his views on democracy and parliament. He says a parliamentary system would allow for more political parties, which could lead to coalition building in the U.S. But he warns that it also has its downside of having extremist factions cut off from each other. "In fact, I'm not sure the coalition building is a bad thing at all"
