B of A does some work on average selling prices. They say about up one year on year, which is obviously below inflation. But think about all the stores in the mall that did much about American Eagle. And Ulta 2, which is removed from the focus list at JPM today. This is a, you know, this is one of the, if you told me last year that the mall could make this comeback, it's rather extraordinary.
