The Single Arm Dumbell Row Exercise

If you don't have a seal row bench, it's a pain in the ass to set that up. You're not going to be able to use hundred, 20 pound dumbells on it. With chest supported ro even something like that can't happen. And i've always had a pretty good pull on on single arm dumbell rows. For sets of eight, i'd have to look, i don't want to oversell myself, but probably one, 21, 25,. Pretty strong.
