You Know, It's Not About Me, Its About You
It's mostly about just losing the ego, which is hard, and i'm not good at it. We all still get our ersonal identity wrapped up in our ideas but our personal identity has nothing to do with our ideas at all. It's obviously really hard to bring somebody into that from the outside. Is to be really careful one that they hopefully have the that sort of ability to say, this isn't about me, thiis about the idea.
