The Online Streaming Act has passed the House and in the Senate. There have been 42 hours of hearings before the Heritage Standing Committee. It's one thing to talk about, it is a whole other thing to try to parse out like what that means in practice. "We don't write public policy in stone anymore," says Culture Minister Mélanie Joly.
