Is There Such a Thing as Truth?

When people say, speak your truth now or there's no such thing as truth, what they mean is, there's no real reality. We cannot know which way would be forward or backward. There is nothing outside of our experience. Well, if that's true, then we can't even use words, can we? Because words refer to things.
