How to Use the Squish in the Bridge

So when you use the squish, the orange, I think it's a, is it basically like, like in the bridge, this is just how I understand it. So by keeping the bomb just off the floor, it's going to put all the tension in, in the leg basically. It's the same kind of concept as the slouch, but just in lying on your back. And then we don't want the bomb to come too far off because if the bomb starts coming up, you're going to use your back a little bit as well.
