Agile Transformation - The Biggest Barrier for Organizational Change
Without a team we can't work in an agile way and I think this is one of the biggest barrier for agile transformation or moving to agile. The culture exists whether we want it or not we can ignore it but it will become the biggest impediments in our organization. There's a lot of multiple small interaction happening every minute of every day which we can't really control so the best way is to assess start by assessing what is the dynamic of the organization.
