The Importance of Abstraction in Swift

The big gotcha with using any type of C interface is data types maybe not matching properly. If you're doing the C code directly, there's also a chance that you're not going to do it right. Luckily, like these libraries, most of them are open source so at least you can see what's going on in case you run into an issue.
