Neurofeedback Is the Same Process of Training the Brain to Little by Little Experience These Phases of Discomfort

The feedback loop is the discomfort you're experiencing when you're a newer feedback and anxiety or something pops up. All the machine does is recognize anxiety, fight flight. Your brain is in this alert mode. Like alert, how are you going to handle this? And the brain decides I'm either going to handle it or I'm not depending on the type of nor feedback that you do. But ultimately, that is what we're training ourselves in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and leaning in is little by little exposing ourselves to the discomfort so that over time, it doesn't have that level of discomfort anymore.
