The Blood Stain Pattern in a Stabbing
The county coroner told CNN there was a lot of blood at the scene. Lawrence Kobielinski: Blood is very important, because this spatter pattern can reveal information as to the position of the victim during the attack. He says it's possible that the person who committed this terrible heinous crime caught himself during the attack - common in stabbings where that happens. The fact that there's no murder weapon is pretty important, obviously.
