Fermentation
fermentation is kind of like a blind spot for me, i guess. I don't think too much about it generally, to be quite honest with you. Id just throw things into a bucket or throw it into a jar and give it a shake every day and let nature take its course. And here there're so many things that you can do with re purposing food scraps. Like, you know, you can get egg shells and grind them down into a powder and use that as a calcium, calcium supplement for the the plants. Have been getting bamboo at one point, the shells off a bamboo up in the foresta - we have a lot of bamboo that grows really rearly quickly.
