Protein Quality Scores - Is There a Future Update?

Protein quality scores have very minimal impacts on things like muscle protein synthesis measured acutely, and essentially negligible impacts on hypertrophy over time. The typical omnivorous diet a is usually a relatively even mixture of high quality and low quality animal based and plant base sources. And there is really no evidence to suggest that adjusting your protein quality sources within the context of that diet, it is really going to move the needle at all in terms of promoting strength and hypertrophyover time. We're always interested in putting in analytics that are informative and actionable. For most people, worrying about protein quality scores in a balance diet is really not a worth while endeavor.
