Is FinTech Bringing It Back to FinTech?
Financial services is an industry like anything else has caught up in this relentless pursuit of growth. We should be growing the number of people who have access to banking services in rural areas of emerging markets economies. That has a great positive social output. But all of this is driven by a pursuit for growth that creates a lot of innovation, but not necessarily always positive in isolation. There's counter measures that we need to take in order to ensure that growth is commensurate with sustainability and preservation of the planet.
