The Impossible Model in Restaurants, Right?

We've had the most interest from shefs in restaurants and restaurant groups that i really care a lot about sustain ability. It just takes time to kind of get your production scale up to that level, to be able to service a customer like that. And so we very intentionally decided to focus a handful of restaurants, some of those have been part of that community house talking about earlier,. That's how we'll launch. Where we go from there is obviously small, one off, maybe slightly fancier restaurants, but not super inaccessible to bigger chains. And then from there we go to the grocery stores. The arc of what we're trying to achieve is smaller scale, may be more limited availability
