The Future of Batteries
When you build an EV, you're replacing 180 pounds of a gas tank with 1,000 or 1,200 pounds of a battery. Because of the weight of that battery, you need to do other things to the car and make lighter panels. The real unfortunate truth is that most of the political discussion about the integration of renewable energy and EVs is done on effectively kind of cocktail napkin map. And so I just I'd like the discussion to be more honest and more thorough.
