Pencil Nibs - The Worst Nib Ever

It is absolutely the worst nib that i have ever seen come out of a brand new pen. So i i'm not sure what to do. I talk to the retailer, they said, of course, send the pen back. We'll fix it and send it back out to you - which will probably result in another customs charge when it comes back to me again. And i'm so frustrated with with pens and with yovo nibs at at all at the moment.
