Are You Investing in People Who Think Very Fast?

I mean, for me, it's just like sticking to my knitting. I know what i'm good at. I know where i shine. We're investing at really a stage where sometimes the person doesn't even have a product. And so oftentimes we are investing before someone even has anything really to show. It takes a little bit of getting used to in terms of, like, what are we looking for? But it's a process that's worked really well for us.
