The Importance of National Sovereignty in the Ukraine Conflict

I want to ask about the nation state and national sovereignty. This is another thing that you touch upon a lot in your book on Ukraine. I think the question that raises for me is whether the solidarity that sections of the West are currently given to Ukraine could end up being a bit of a trap. And more on this attempt to bring Ukraine into the post-national fold into the European Union, perhaps at some point into NATO.
