Is Progress Not Linear?
When you get into an overreaching state, that can feel like a plateau. Plateauing could be happening for any number of reasons because of bad training or not getting pushed enough. There's two sides of progress isn't linear, am. But if you are going through period of time and you have other symptoms, aside from not seeing your power numbers go up... That's when you want to start looking at things like recovery, nutrition,. See if some of those things might help to cause it may not just be a plateau. Sometimes the plateau's ok.
