I was a shocked like reading about what happened in Vancouver recently when the dad, you know, had some sort of confrontation with someone who seemed pretty mentally unstable. It's just you see all of these things happening like you don't even want to go outside your house. The best thing I read about this was somebody put forth the idea that it would really help in a situation like this. If we had cell phones that worked when we were on the subway in Toronto,. Like I'm just looking for something tangible here because again, it's the vacuum of information that makes you feel really powerless and that's where fear grows.
