Sono: The time line for this seems either incredibly optimistic. Or maybe i'm not giving the government enough credit, but even for pilot programs, like 90 days after passage,. Sono: I think historically, all good protests have the word now at the end of all their posters when they're having demands. And i think, you know, justice delayed is justice denied.
