What Can We Do as a Government to Make Better Deals?
I do care about the economic investment. Some of that can lead to problematic stuff, but i think that's a much more case by case basis. If they want to build roads, imports good. The truth is we need to get our product into market as well and out of market. But they can't be discrimatory. And the africans are making bad deals too. So what can we do as a government to help both sides make better deals? I heard a former us. Official once say, infrstructure is neutral. Operation is political.
